The Porsche 992.2 Carrera GTS represents a bold leap forward in 911 innovation. It’s the first 911 ever to feature an electrically driven turbocharger — a cutting-edge system that uses an integrated electric motor between the compressor and turbine wheels to eliminate lag and deliver near instant boost.

However, Porsche’s use of a rubber charge tube for this advanced system leaves room for improvement. The OEM rubber tube is cost-effective but prone to flexing and swelling under boost, causing airflow inefficiencies that reduce the turbo’s responsiveness and power delivery.

The SOUL 992.2 GTS Vent to Atmosphere Charge Pipe solves these issues with a 6061-billet aluminum pipe that’s built for long-term durability and optimized airflow. Unlike the stock rubber tube, our aluminum pipe is rigid and will not flex under any boost conditions. The included blow-off valve (BOV) ensures the safe release of excess air to the atmosphere.

This upgrade not only enhances reliability but also allows the turbo to spool more freely for quicker response and improved throttle feel. As a bonus, the system delivers enhanced turbo “whoosh” sounds, adding excitement and a more visceral connection between driver and machine.
