Every system is proudly handcrafted in the USA, built from mandrel-bent, thick-wall .065″ T304L stainless steel for exceptional strength and reliability.

Back-purged TIG welding with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas ensures maximum weld penetration, strength, and long-term durability under extreme conditions. Each water jet–cut flange is manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/-0.003 inches, guaranteeing exact alignment.

We fabricate this exhaust using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as efficient heat sinks during the welding process. This not only prevents distortion and warping of the exhaust components but also preserves fixture integrity.
