POWER:
Testing was conducted on a Mustang Dyno using a vehicle equipped with race headers, a Porsche Sport Exhaust System, and a custom tune as the baseline. Following the success of our Valved Exhaust and its ability to fight drone, we wanted to offer a lighter, valveless version that offers an invigorating exhaust note (just like valves open mode on our Valved Exhaust) at all times with the least amount of undesirable elements like droning and rasp. This system is perfect for those who crave an aggressive sound to pair with aftermarket headers and not have it be overbearingly loud. The volume level is delightfully greater than that of PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust) with valves open while retaining a refined exhaust note. This system is also beneficial for track cars looking for maximum flow in an exhaust but must mind decibel readings. The mufflers are incredibly effective at minimizing drone and encourage a fuller, more robust tone befitting of a Porsche.

BESPOKE BRACKETS & MOUNTS:
Traditional welded hangers and brackets are prone to failure under the rigors of racing—a failure that can end a track day instantly. To solve this, SOUL designed a reinforced mounting solution that sheds over 5 lbs compared to the OEM setup, while remaining modular and easy to repair or replace after a track incident.
The forward piping connects to a custom SOUL transmission mounting brace—engineered for both manual and PDK models—via heavy-duty Mikalor band clamps. Additional rubber vibration dampeners support the over-axle piping, minimizing stress from flex and vibration across the system to ensure long-term durability under extreme use.

Each system is handcrafted in-house by our skilled fabrication team using mandrel-bent .065″ wall, 2.5″ diameter T304L stainless steel tubing. Brackets are laser-cut, press brake-formed, and TIG welded for maximum strength, while all welds are back-purged to ensure long-term durability under the most extreme racing conditions.

SOUND:
This system is designed with track performance as the priority, not sound suppression. It is extremely loud, and even with resonators, some drone will be present. We do not recommend pairing this exhaust with aftermarket headers for street use. At wide-open throttle, however, the sound is nothing short of exhilarating—raw, aggressive, and unmistakably motorsport. For a more balanced option suited to daily driving, we suggest our Valved Exhaust System.

The result is a superior exhaust that delivers a broad spectrum of sound: valves open reveal a CUP car–inspired roar, while valves closed provide a refined, drone-free tone. Thanks to SOUL mufflers, even with aftermarket headers the exhaust remains composed and reserved when the valves are shut.
