Brembo Evo 500+ Brake Fluid 250mm

brembo

Reliability and high quality

Brembo Racing | SPORT | EVO 500++ brake fluid is ideal in all conditions, fit for all, from everyday driving to non-professional intermediate use on the track.

This is a reliable high quality fluid that improves pedal feel and consistent braking performance without the frequent inspection intervals of a full racing brake fluid.

Formulated for real enthusiasts

  • Suitable for use in braking systems designed for non-mineral fluids.
  • Purposely designed to meet the expectations of enthusiasts who demand a lot from their system.
  • Exceeds the requirements of specification U.S. FMVSS No.116 DOT 3 and DOT 4, SAE J1703, SAE J1704 and ISO 4925 (classes 3 and 4).
  • Compatible with other DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids, as long as they comply with the above specification.

For safety reasons, it is recommended to replace your brake fluid at least once a year. Not Suitable for vehicles with mineral oil systems. Colour range: appearance from transparent to amber. In the case of new brake fluid, when poured out from the sealed bottle, the colour may differ from the range, but the performance remains the same.

The problem of brake fluid boiling is simply traced to heat transferring from the rotors and pads directly into the fluid through the caliper pistons. When brake fluid boils, it releases air that is normally part of the molecular structure of the fluid. This air is compressible of course, and the brake pedal goes to the floor instead of moving the caliper pistons. Production cars tend to suffer from this on track days more as they don't usually have the extensive cooling duct and exotic brake materials as true racing cars. True racing only brake calipers generally come with titanium caliper pistons for one reason. Titanium as a material has low thermal conductivity. This means that it is very bad at transferring heat, which is fantastic if you are trying to keep your fluid cool.

The Girodisc solution to help prevent fluid boiling is to use a thin titanium shim placed between the pad back and the pistons, to keep the braking heat from transferring into the pistons and fluid. Here is a comparison of materials and their relative thermal conductivity ratings:

Titanium 6AL-4V 6.7 W/mk
Steel 52 W/mk
Aluminum 130 W/mk

You can see that Titanium will transfer far less heat than steel and especially aluminum. For cars that are going to see hard or multiple track days, these shims are cheap protection from losing the pedal due to boiling at the wrong time and making the day very expensive.

Water jet cut to exact size, no cutting, grinding, or swearing involved.

Price is per axle (four pieces)

About Brembo Sport Brake Pads

Unlock sharper braking and track-ready precision with Brembo Sport Brake Pads from Design911. Designed for performance-minded Porsche drivers, these pads deliver enhanced friction, superior temperature stability, and fade-free stopping power, ensuring you stay in control whether on the road or the circuit.

What They Are & What They Do
Brembo Sport pads are high-performance friction components that provide stronger initial bite and consistent braking response across a wide temperature range. Engineered with advanced metallic and ceramic compounds, they ensure shorter stopping distances, improved modulation, and reduced fade during repeated high-energy braking.

Why They Fail
Over time, brake pads wear naturally due to friction. Performance pads can deteriorate faster under track conditions or aggressive driving, leading to glazing, cracking, or uneven wear. Excessive heat or contamination from dust and moisture can also reduce friction efficiency and cause squeal or vibration.

Why They Should Be Replaced
Replacing worn Brembo Sport pads is essential to maintain braking precision, safety, and vehicle balance. Fresh pads restore optimal contact with the discs, ensuring predictable pedal feel and maximum stopping power. Upgrading to new Brembo Sport pads also improves heat tolerance and fade resistance, especially for Porsches driven in demanding environments.

Whether you drive a 911, Cayman, Boxster, Taycan, or Macan, Design911 offers authentic Brembo Sport brake pads engineered for Porsche’s exact specifications - combining motorsport technology with everyday drivability.

Brembo Front Sport Brake Pads
Performance front-axle pads engineered for strong initial bite and consistent braking power under heavy loads and high speeds.

Brembo Rear Sport Brake Pads
Matched rear-axle pads delivering balanced braking and stable control during intense deceleration and track use.

Brembo High-Performance Street Pads
Ideal for spirited road driving - combining comfort, low noise, and enhanced bite with extended durability.

Track & Motorsport Brake Pads

Advanced compounds optimised for extreme temperature stability and maximum friction, perfect for circuit and competition use.

Brembo Sport Brake Pad Kits
Complete kits including pad sets and accessories for easy installation - designed to upgrade both performance and reliability.

The
Brembo SPORT series represents the first step in high-performance braking upgrades. Designed for sporty road use, these pads feature a special compound that ensures constant friction, quiet operation, and minimal wear on both pad and disc. Operating best between 200°C and 300°C and capable of withstanding up to 600°C, they guarantee total braking control and comfort even under demanding conditions — especially when paired with Brembo performance discs.

Ideal for enthusiasts and performance drivers, Brembo SPORT pads offer race-inspired braking with everyday comfort and reliability.
