Rear tailgate damper set of 2 for Porsche Cayman 981 and 718 (982), suitable for selected Cayman 987C/981C (2005–2016) and 718C (982C) 2017-on models.

What This Product Does These rear lid gas struts support the Cayman tailgate, controlling its lifting and closing motion so the lid can be opened and held in position during everyday use or access to the luggage area.

Functions

  • Control the lifting and closing speed of the lid
  • Help prevent the lid from dropping unexpectedly
  • Assist with smooth, consistent tailgate operation

Symptoms of Fault
