High Performance
Thermal deformation is a problem concerning many contemporary cars even after relatively low mileage and can cause unpleasant trembling while braking.
ROTINGER answer to these inconveniences are brake discs from the High Performance series, where a higher coal content in the cast iron has been applied

ROTINGER HP brake discs of the High Carbon class have an enriched material structure. Increased coal content guarantees fasted heat dissipation with
lower temperature fluctuations and as a result – lower proneness to thermal deformations (the so called higher thermal resistance, or how fast the disc dissipates
the heat and how it tolerates frequent heating and cooling).

About Rotinger Graphite Line

Rotinger Graphite Line Brake Discs - Corrosion-Resistant Performance Road Braking

Rotinger Graphite Line brake discs are engineered to deliver reliable stopping power, long service life, and enhanced corrosion resistance for everyday road and fast-road driving. Featuring a distinctive graphite anti-corrosion coating, these discs protect against rust on the disc hub and non-friction surfaces, ensuring a cleaner appearance and longer-lasting performance—particularly in harsh weather conditions.

Available from Design911, Rotinger Graphite Line discs provide a dependable replacement and upgrade solution for drivers seeking consistent braking performance, reduced corrosion, and excellent value without compromising safety or comfort.

What Do Rotinger Graphite Line Brake Discs Do?

Rotinger Graphite Line brake discs work with brake pads and calipers to deliver safe, controlled braking.

Core Functions:

  • Convert kinetic energy into controlled stopping force.
  • Provide a stable friction surface for brake pads.
  • Dissipate heat generated during braking.
  • Protect against corrosion on non-friction surfaces.
  • Maintain smooth, vibration-free braking performance.

These discs are designed to perform reliably in everyday driving conditions, including wet and winter environments.

Why Do Brake Discs Wear or Fail?

Brake discs are wear components and degrade naturally over time.

Common Causes of Wear or Failure Include:

  • Normal friction wear from repeated braking cycles.
  • Heat stress during frequent stop-start driving.
  • Surface corrosion caused by moisture, salt, and road contaminants.
  • Uneven pad deposits leading to vibration or judder.
  • Extended service intervals beyond recommended limits.

As discs wear or corrode, braking smoothness and efficiency decline—making timely replacement essential.

Why Replace with Rotinger Graphite Line Brake Discs?

Replacing worn discs with Rotinger Graphite Line discs restores braking performance while offering improved durability and protection.

Key Benefits:

  • Enhanced corrosion resistance for longer service life.
  • Clean appearance with reduced hub and edge rusting.
  • Smooth, consistent braking performance.
  • Reliable heat management for everyday road use.
  • Ideal for routine maintenance and road driving.

Rotinger Graphite Line discs provide a practical, long-lasting solution for drivers prioritising reliability and value.

Highlights

  • Graphite anti-corrosion coated brake discs.
  • Smooth, vibration-free braking response.
  • Improved durability in wet and winter conditions.
  • Designed for everyday road and fast-road use.
  • Excellent value replacement brake disc option.
