Powered by an upgraded 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine, it's a straight-line powerhouse with impressive traction. Introduced 40 years after the first prototype, the 991.1 turbo boasts double the power of its predecessor, with a refined direct fuel injection (DFI) unit for added performance.

The 991.1 turbo's weight increased by 50 kg with the standard PDK transmission, marking the end of the manual gearbox option for the turbo line. Equipped with Porsche's dual-clutch PDK gearbox, it features a coasting function for improved fuel efficiency and engine shutdown during braking.

Introducing rear axle steering, the 991 Turbo enhances agility at low speeds and stability at high speeds. Its active aerodynamic system, with adjustable front and rear spoilers, optimizes downforce for track performance or top speed.
