Our spray bar, made from stainless steel, is an excellent reproduction of the factory RSR spray bar. It allows for gear lube (presumably from a remote pump and cooler) to be returned directly to the gear mesh, including the final drive gears.

** This requires machining to the front "nose cone" housing.

We have updated our 915 spray bar kit to include an improved oil return port that will not interfere with the torsion bar tube and allows for better routing of the oil return line.

Finally, conversion axle flanges for early 911s and 914s. These are machined in house from 4340 billet steel and heat treated.

Our custom "coarse spline/18 spline" drive flanges will allow 930 or G50 CV joints (with metal grease caps) to bolt up to the early 1969-75 911s and all 914 transaxles.

Shaft length was designed with the stock open diff in mind. If by off-chance you have a factory LSD, spacers will be required.

Sold in pairs.

The original Porsche 930 transmission differential side cover is made of cast aluminum, not to mention it's pretty thin.
Under load there can be a tremendous force applied to this cover, and it can break, sometimes resulting in a damaged ring and pinion-or worse.
Upgrading to a billet side plate will add significant strength and increased reliability to the differential section.

Our design features include:

A ring gear thrust bolt to reduce ring gear deflection under load
Ports that can be used for an oil cooling system
Cross drilled oil passageways for the differential bearing

Comes with (3) 3/4 - 16 O ring plugs.

We can provide bolt on hydraulic slave cylinder for your Porsche 911 930 4 speed transaxle eliminating all the woes that come with a clutch cable. It can be used for both upright and inverted applications - especially nice for mid engine conversions.

Includes clutch arm, cable clevis, slave cylinder and our billet slave cylinder bracket with bolts. Please specify if your application is using a short bell housing or long bell housing transaxle as the pivot shafts for the release fork are different. We must modify the arm if you have a long bell housing transmission.

This update will allow for use of the late style 915 main shaft seal and o-ring on early transmissions ('72-'75) where the seal installs from the inside and the guide tube is not removable.
The update is a also good repair for those whom have loose, damaged or worn out guide tubes.

The original is machined off and a custom steel tube is fitted. It's further retained from the inside of the diff case with a high quality snap ring and sealed with the factory o-ring.
