Bilstein standard

Spacer ring - 7mm - which is required when fitting Bilstein B6 front inserts (part no. 34-001127) to early short-wheelbase Porsche 911 / 912 models with BOGE strut housings. The 34-001127 insert is slightly shorter than the earlier version it replaces, so a 7mm spacer may be needed at the bottom of the strut tube to account for this difference.

To compensate for this difference, a 7mm spacer may be needed at the bottom of the strut tube. You’ll be prompted to add spacers to your basket during checkout if applicable. Bilstein Insert for cars with BOGE Strut.
Often the colours of the dampers are the best means of identification. Konis are usually orange and red; Boge units tend to be black or grey, and Bilsteins green. But don't take this as gospel: modern Bilsteins come in various colours.
