The car is rust free and has never been re-painted. The black original paint work is in very good condition however some panels on the car could be re-painted to make it perfect. The engine could do with an overhaul or checked and serviced. 

Back in 1968 Black (Schwarz) was a special order colour car.

The Paint Code (Kunstharzlack) is 95043-G

The Engine Number is 12811XX

Some panels and the bonnet have a few minor dents.  The chrome work on the car is superb with everything attached, opening front ¼ light windows. 

The car is authentic with a black interior and matching numbers engine. From the papers it looks like the car has had just two owners the second from 1979.  The speedometer show 60722 miles.
