Complete restoration kit for 2 original Recaro sport seats of Porsche 911 models 1965–1973. This kit is available with plain, perforated, 'Pepita' (Hound's tooth) or Corduroy center sections, in Porsche Nappa leather or classic vinyl. Headrests covers (standard for '72-'73 models) are not included in this kit, but can be ordered separately.

Our Recaro sport seat restoration kit is probably the best you can buy for completeness, originality and fit. The kit includes everything you typically need to bring your front seats back to factory new condition; all front seat covers and correction foam for seat base bolsters.

Our hand crafted front seat covers (2 back rest and 2 seat base covers), match Stuttgart factory specifications step by step; from the finest Scottish hides with perforation for the center sections (if required), colour coded vinyl, top quality calico backing material, exact specification pleat filling, right down to the piping cord and the high resistance yarns we use. All hides are precision cut, piping bound and pre-formed to guarantee a factory authentic fit.

The kit is delivered with correction foam. This allows you to correct the worn sides typically found on the driver's side seat bolster. Bear in mind, that a significantly deformed or decomposed seat base can only be restored with new cell foam. New seat base cell foams are not included as part of this kit.

The seat restoration kit comes with step-by-step installation instructions and pictures. Installation requires no specific tools and is within the ability of the moderately experienced home mechanic.

Because of fading of the original material and colour differences between dye lots, we offer the front seat restoration kit in Black only. For complete full leather interior kits we can offer most original Porsche colors (please enquire).
