The ultimate Sports Exhaust system for the Porsche GT3 inc RS & CS
QuickSilver were approached by a well known specialist in racing and track-day Porsche, to develop a complete SUPERCUP exhaust system for enthusiast customers.

KEY FEATURES:

• Less Weight - to lose over 20kgs (~44lbs) from the rear of the car.
• Ease of fit & no loss of ground clearance > All in a compact volume.
• Great Sound - but to enable compliance with most track-day venues - A tall order!
• Motorsports Look.
• Appropriate Sound - about 105dB > but reduced further with removable Titanium cans.

An ambitious project, requiring new materials technology, manufacturing methods, component integration and constant testing.

The factory exhaust includes five muffler casings, 2 x Cats, 2 x side mufflers and 1 x rear muffler. QuickSilver's brief was to distil these into 1 x casing & similar to the system produced by Porsche's Motorsport Dept for their international one-make racing series.

Drawing their constant racing experience our partners were able to provide technical input and testing facilities.

Throughout the development period the system was evaluated both at our partner's in-house test facilities and on the track. Each time refinements were included in the overall design to create a fantastic system worthy of the Porsche name.

QuickSilver system includes:
• Manifolds with equal-lenght primary pipes of the appropriate bore for optimum power.
• Single rear silencer casing housing integral 200 cpsi RACE catalytic converters.
• Provision for fitting of OBD2 exhaust sensors measuring the exhaust gas composition before and after the Cats on both cylinder banks.

This sports exhaust set conveys the sound of power, presence and natural sporting presence the 911 needs. Built with a large diameter chamber bypass pipe the engine note changes with more aggressive throttle.

DesignTek Sports SUPREMACY system exhaust made from High Grade stainless steel.

Made from 14 - 16 gauge T304SS, polished mirror finish, Giving a good really feel, superb super sound, Designed to give an open throttle sound and more aggressive at medium and high speeds.

DesignTek Valvetronic sports exhaust Made from high quality 14-16 gauge T304 stainless steel, hydro-formed muffler cases, radiuses stressed relieved with 2000 degree ceramic fiber and stainless steel wool packed free flow mufflers. The pipes coming off the rear box is made from SUS409. This Exhaust is around 95dbs +/- with the valves closed and around 102dbs +/- open and sounds much throatier.

This unique exhaust configures a dual-tone setup controlled by a key fob which you can switch on the fly. Direct replacement for the factory mufflers and will work with the stock catalytic converters or any aftermarket sport cats designed to fit with OEM exhaust systems

Superb sports car sound, throaty and deep with the valves opened, but docile with the valves closed. You can reuse your factory OEM Porsche tips or you can opt for DesignTek tail pipes

Please note the remote controlers do not come with batteries. You will have to source them at your own cost. The type is CR2025
