This kit refreshes the entire coolant expansion side of the cooling system. The expansion tank collects excess coolant and allows it to return to the system as temperatures change. The pressure cap controls system pressure, raising coolant boiling point and preventing air ingress. The antifreeze bottles supply corrosion protection, freezing/boiling point stability, and long-term fluid protection when mixed and filled.

A worn or failing expansion tank can crack, leak or lose pressure, leading to coolant loss, overheating, and potential engine damage over time.
