DesignTek Sports Exhaust + Headers + Cat Bypass Package

DesignTek 996 Performance exhaust package. High Grade stainless steel exhaust system for Porsche 996 1998-2004.
Made from 14 - 16 gauge T304 stainless steel.

Includes Sports mufflers, Equal length sports headers and sports cats bypass pipes.

NOTE: In the United Kingdom, sports catalytic converters and bypass pipes do not have type approval and are not legally permitted for use on vehicles manufactured after 1st March 2001. They are not MOT compliant and cannot be used on public roads. These components are intended solely for race and track use.

For vehicles manufactured before 1st March 2001, a non-type approved sports catalytic converter may be fitted, provided it offers comparable performance to the original and the vehicle continues to meet the applicable emissions standards for its age. The vehicle must still pass an MOT test.

If you are located outside the UK, please check your local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

The Aerokit Turbo consists of a new front splitter spoiler and a new engine cover with rear spoiler and fixed aerofoil profile. The aerodynamically optimised components minimise lift on both axles, improve stability and emphasise the dynamic lines of the vehicle. In addition to these components, the standard sill trims and standard rear underside can be painted in the colour of the exterior.

*Please note that if you are fitting these conversion parts you will need to take into consideration the following fitting details:

1. To have a good auto electrician who can rewire the lamps.
2. The exhaust tail pipes will need to be cut and welded in the correct positions
3. Parking sensor looms and holders should be retained from your old bumpers and placed into the new bumpers
4. Some bumper grills will need to be retained from your old bumper to fit into the front lower valance.

We only recommend these parts to be fitted in a professional body shop that have the capabilities to make slight adjustments. We offer a fitting and painting service.

Upgrading to 911 Turbo tie rods will give your car firmer and more responsive steering. Installation is a straight-forward process, and can typically be performed in an afternoon.
