Crankcase head stud driver for Porsche All 911 964 993 996 / 997 GT3 & Turbo Models 1965-On



Double-nutting a head stud to install it into the engine case not only takes time, but can be stressful for the threads, and can lead to variations in stud depth (unless you are extra careful when removing the double nuts). Vario cam sprocket tool for Porsche 996 / 997 GT3/TT/GT2



STOMSKI RACING's version of this tool works on Vario intake cams on the GT2, TT, and GT3 engines. This tool replaces the factory tool P9653. Additional refinements to this tool ensure that while torquing the 16mm hex cam sprocket bolts, your tool is securely bushed and supported in the center of the tool, and thus will not slip off or round off the bolts. Black oxide finished hardened steel.

Heat exchanger pressure tester for Porsche 996/997 Turbo/GT2/GT3



Some GT3 engines are experiencing oil-to-coolant intermixing. While there are potentially several sources of intermixing, faulty engine mounted oil-to-coolant heat exchangers are a major source. Now, with STOMSKI RACING's GT3 Heat Exchanger Tester set, you can confirm if your exchanger is faulty and needs replacing, or whether the source of the contamination is elsewhere. This set of CNC machined gauge blocks is machined from 6061 aluminum for years of service and comes complete with all gauges, seals, valves, and hardware.

Also works on the GT2 and 996/997 TT engines as well.

Avoid the headache of trying to drill out broken exhaust bolts on the GT3 engines.

A CNC milled plate indexes precisely off of the broken bolts and/or bolt holes. Using our uniquely designed Thumb Screws, the SR068 plate is locked in place (by threading a Thumb Screw over a broken bolt or by using a supplied bolt threaded through the SR068 Thumb Screw). With the included pilot drills and drill guides, the faulty bolt can be drilled out, producing a perfectly perpendicular and centered hole that if necessary can be chased with the supplied M8x1.25 tap.

Kit includes: aluminum fixture, drill bits, tap with extension, drill jigs/guides, Thumb Screws, and hardware in a sturdy storage case. Now also includes our SR065D drill guide.

Cam sprocket tool for Porsche 996 / 997 GT3



STOMSKI RACING's version of this tool works on both the intake and the exhaust cams on the Cup engines and on all non-vario cams for the other GT3-type engines. This tool replaces the factory tool P9653/1. A revolution in cam timing, STOMSKI RACING's DigiDix™ - Digital Degree Wheel - provides the most accurate, easy to use degree wheel ever. No more awkward setups, questionable readings, convoluted pointers, or imprecise measurements. With DigiDix™, simply bolt the sensor/adapter to the flywheel-end of the crankshaft and secure the torsion arm. Setup time is less than one minute. You are now ready to measure crank rotation to one tenth (.1) of one degree accuracy and repeatability.

Cylinder press for Porsche 996/997 GT3



Here is the ultimate tool to press the cylinders in and out of the water jacket on GT3, Turbo, and RS/RSR 996/997 engines.

This kit includes everything you need to safely, accurately, quickly, and conveniently perform this critical task.

Cam sprocket bolt tool for Porsche 993



STOMSKI RACING's version of the factory P9582 tool combines the basics of the factory tool and improves on it by adding an integral 19mm bushed socket that prevents slippage and rounding off of the cam bolt on the end of the 993 cam shafts. The cam bolt on the 993s requires a torque of 88 foot pounds. Tightening the bolt to this spec, or loosening it using a breaker bar and the factory long-armed cam tool requires dexterity, leverage, and serious luck that the deep socket does not slip off the head of the bolt, rounding it over, or busting knuckles in the process.

STOMSKI RACING's SR9582 securely holds an impact-quality socket in the center of a precision machined hardened steel socket, ensuring ease and accuracy in loosening the bolt, or setting the required torque. The bushing prevents the socket from being leveraged off the bolt head, keeping it squarely in place for the most accurate torque and security during installation and removal.
